Processing Times

Orders are personally confirmed by email or phone before they are charged and shipped. Once confirmed, orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Packaging

Products are packed carefully to protect vials in transit. Lyophilized peptides are shelf-stable during normal shipping timeframes; we recommend refrigerating products upon arrival.

Delays & Service Interruptions

Weather, carrier delays, and holidays can occasionally slow deliveries. If your order seems delayed, contact us and a real person will track it down for you.

Wrong Address / Lost Packages

Please double-check your shipping address when ordering. If a package goes missing, call or email us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
